Upon completion of the program and the presentation of a complete strategic business plan for their area of operations, participants will receive a certifcate signed by the lead instructor for the program.

Each module begins with a day of tours of outstanding operations. The remaining 3 days are in a classroom setting. Participants are also responsible for implementing strategic plan developed in the course.
