Agenda:
A day consists of six hours. Participants may choose as many of the days as they require.
Day One:
This session will deal with the Budget and Cashflow features of the AgExpert Analyst. Participants will learn to create a budget and use it for comparisons in the Income/Expense report. They will then use this budget to assist in the preparation of a Cashflow Projection that will enable them to project such items as borrowing,capital asset purchases and loan repayments in addition to income and expenses.
Day Two:
This session will deal the Operational Benchmarking features in the AgExpert Analyst. Participants will learn to use
- Production Unit Costing
- Average Sale Price
- Efficiencey Measures
- Financial Ratios
- Cost of Production

Farmers who use the AgExpert Analyst and would like to learn how to use its more advanced management features.
