Cost:

$ 4,500.00 for 3 modules

Participants are responsible for payment of travel, hotel accommodation, and dinners. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments each day, as well as tour travel are included in the registration fee. A block of rooms will be held at each location for participants to book

Top 20% of producers.

Recognition Provided:

Certificate

Upon completion of the program and the presentation of a complete strategic business plan for their operations, particpants receive a certificate signed by the lead instructor of the program.

Method of Instruction:

Classroom

Each module begins with tours of outstanding operations in the region of the country in which each module is held. Classroom instruction is followed by at-home strategic planning and implementation.

CTEAM is offered every two years. The program is divided into 3 modules, held in late fall and spring of each year. All modules are required to complete the program and receive a certificate.

Content and instruction – outstanding instructors and mentors present cutting edge management concepts in a relaxed, yet intense learning environment. The on-site portions are delivered over five-day periods at select locations across Canada. They introduce you to a variety of management situations, experiences and conditions. Learning is tailored to your situation – graduation requirement is to apply course material while developing a strategic and operating plan for your farm.
