Duration:
up to 40 hours of setup and training (minimum 4 hrs/day) as needed/requested by client

Agenda:
Setup of chart of accounts, discussion of operation 4 hrs
Setup inventories, capital assets, payables/receivables. opening balances 4 hrs
Input of first month's information, reconciliation, guidance on client continuing input 4 hrs
Reviewing work client did, dealing with questions, bank reconciliation, GST reporting, Net worth reporting 4 hrs
Reviewing year's transactions, questions, year-end procedures, review AgriStability data and inventories, ratios, production costing, cash flow and budgeting features 6-8 hrs
Incorporate year-end accouting entries, close off old year, analyze changes that need to be made to Chart of Accounts & expense distributions, set up enterprising feature if applicable. 4 hrs
Cost:
Basic rate of $40/hour plus time and mileage (this will vary per the market rate of fuel)
