Courses vary from cattle or swine production to accounting and tax planning, management and business, from medicinal and aromatic crops and organic production to safety and health. In total there are 33 courses to choose from. Fees are $105 for a 3-credit course and $184 for a 6-credit course and a student may take one course or complete the Certificate with 9 courses.
