AgExpert Analyst Custom VIP Setup

This course is provided in our training facility or in a location of your choice such as your farm.  One of our instructor’s will come to your farm and guide you through the process of creating your own set of books for your operation.  This course differs from our classroom lead course as you will have your own finished Chart of Accounts and you can start entering information that same day.  The trainer will assist you ahead of the setup date to make sure you have all the information that is required for setting up your books. 

 VIP Service (Version Installed Professionally) means your software is customized for your business with the guidance of a Certified VIP Installer.

This training covers the Setup & Understanding and Using courses and it is customized toYOUR FARMING OPERATION. Our trainer will spend up to seven hours assisting you with installation, setup, and training and basic recordkeeping consultation time with you setting up your opening balance sheet.

• Review setup information checklists
• Create a new data file
• Create a backup of a data file

Completing the Setup of a Data File

Introduction to Transactions

• Review cash & accrual accounting methods for Canada Revenue Agency and AgriStability reporting purposes
• Review features of the Transaction Entry, Inventory Adjustment, General Journal and Point of Sale Windows

Daily Entry Transactions

• Learn how to enter basic transactions
• Basic Book keeping tips

This doesn't include travel costs.  These will be billed seperately and by km.
